This multi-Grammy nominated 19 piece orchestra led by renowned drummer, percussionist, composer, arranger, bandleader, educator Bobby Sanabria has been hailed for its 21st century approach to the art of the big band. Performing trad-rad music that combines Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, funk, rock, r & b rhythms, ritual chants, and beyond with a jazz ethos, from Arsenio Rodriguez to Frank Zappa, and original compositions that define category, this is not your ordinary big band.
They continue their weekly residency the FB Lounge where great food and incredible music go hand in hand, right in the heart of East Harlem, the birthplace of Latin jazz.
